Measures to
prevent infectious
diseases
We are taking the following measures to ensure that you can receive medical treatment with peace of mind, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Depending on your symptoms, you may be asked to wait in a private room or be examined in a private room. In addition, the method and order of examination may be different from usual. Doctors and staff will wear masks and, if necessary, protective gowns.
- To minimize waiting times and avoid congestion in the lobby, we ask that you make an appointment in advance.
- We thoroughly disinfect frequently touched areas and rooms used for infectious disease testing.
- Air purifiers have been installed in key locations in the hospital, and the infectious disease clinic is also equipped with ventilation equipment.
We are taking comprehensive measures to manage the health of our staff.

If you have participated in the above insurance but do not have your insurance certificate or card with you, or if you have a credit card that includes overseas travel accident insurance and you can receive a letter of guarantee from your insurance company or insurance agent, you may be able to enjoy cashless medical services. Please contact us in advance.
If you cannot present your insurance certificate or card, or if you do not have a letter of guarantee, please pay for your medical expenses in advance and then apply for insurance yourself.
Overseas travel accident insurance does not cover illnesses or injuries that occurred before the insurance contract was signed, chronic diseases, vaccinations, health checkups, maternity-related insurance, etc. Insurance also does not cover illnesses that occur more than 180 days after the start of treatment. Health care plans and other types of insurance may also cover chronic illnesses. For more information, please contact your insurance company or insurance plan.
If you have insurance that requires you to pay a portion of your medical expenses yourself, you will be required to pay that portion and the remaining amount will be deducted from your insurance.
Please note that for both types of insurance, if after filing a claim with your insurance company, it is determined that the insurance payment was not covered, you will be required to pay the costs yourself.
Fill out the certificate (for overseas travel accident insurance claims, health insurance medical expense claims) (fees apply)
If you are filing an insurance claim or medical expense claim yourself and are asked to fill out a medical certificate form, please bring the claim form with you. The completed form will be mailed to you.
